INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1.Put the food to be cooked or preserved, in the vacuum bag.
2.Slide the sous vide bag sealer clip ( white clip) on the zip of the bag to close the zip bag properly.
3.Place the hand Vacuum VERTICALLY over the air valve on the vacuum bag and suck out air.
4.In case you want to cook it using Sous Vide method, Immerse the vacuumed bag containing the food, completely in the hot water bath container.
5.Use the green container clips to secure the bag to the container.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR AFTER USE:
1.Wash the bags with a mixture of vinegar and soap water & leave them to dry completely. After which you can safely store them in your lader.
2.Wash or wipe the vacuum and clips with plain water, wipe dry and store in your disinfection cupboard.
