A) Please make sure that microphone mute switch of headset is switched off and make sure that the microphone works normally.
B) For PC gamer (PC with one headphone jack and one microphone jack), you will need a 3.5mm femal to 2 male audio cable adapter.
This headset plug is 4-pole single plug type with audio/voice combination function , and is only compatible with device support CTIA 3.5mm connector interface.
Q2/ There are the problem of noise sound, low sound , unclear sound, or one side with sound while the other side without sound.
A) Please check =out the plug to make sure it is well inserted into the audio device.
B) Please check out your device and make sure that your audio device is 4-pole plug compatible. If no( The headset plug is 4-pole single plug
type, while your device is 3-pole supported.) and 4-pole female to 3-pole male audio cable adapter is needed .
Q3/ Do I need an adapter for my Xbox One?
A) For the user of old version Xbox One controller, and Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter is needed. (Not Included)
