Use Directions:
1. Wearing belt between the lower rib and hip-round your lower back, attacking the belt firmly by velcro. It’s better to loose leather belt before using.
2. Clip pump onto the air value beside the belt, and then inflate the belt by pumping the pump.
3. When the pressure gauge reaches 1.8-2.0 kg/cm², the air pressure is enough, stop inflating and remove the pump.
4. Please do not exceed 2.5kg/m², if the air pressure is too high, the belt may burst. 5. It’s recommended that initially the belt to be worn for 30-60 minutes at a time. If no side effect or pain is experienced then the usage time can be periodically extended.
