How to make the confetti stick to balloons?
1.Use pump or other ideas to inflating the balloons
2.After inflating the balloon,use the cotton cloth to rub the balloons,this will generate friction and the confetti will stick to the side(you can also use a dry hand to rub the surface of the balloons,or gently rub on your hair)
3.Repeat the step few time,so more confetti will stick to balloon and will make the balloon look more beautiful
